What is your pricing structure?
We provide services on a not-to-exceed contract basis tied to project scope, or we can bill at an hourly rate depending on your needs.
Do you work on-site or will you be working remotely?
We primarily work remotely after initial meetings with your team. We work on-site, depending on the client’s needs. If we are working fully remote, we will schedule on-site check-ins for you and your team.
Will you present to executive boards and elected officials?
Yes, we will present our findings and any work that was done to executive leadership, elected officials, and the public. This includes council meetings and any other required executive presentations.
Do you provide ongoing accounting services after the contract has been completed?
Yes. We can provide ongoing support to your team as needed. This can range from general accounting support to financial management.
Can you provide staff training?
Yes. We can train and develop existing or new staff. We help equip staff with the tools and knowledge to perform daily, monthly or year-end tasks.
